Tonight was a crazy, epic night. We went to a restaurant that specialized in weird meat. So, on the menu were some interesting things... we started off with some sort of fish (which was eaten head, bones, and all), wild boar, venison, bear butt cheek. Below is Jeremy showing off the fish, wild boar kabobs, and at the bottom is a pile of locusts (on the left) and bee larva (on the right)
.

We obviously had to move on to sake after that. If you didn't know, sake comes filtered (clear) or unfiltered (cloudy). They have very different tastes, so clearly, we had to try both.

AND THEN! We moved onto crazy things... like rattlesnake sake (left) and hornet sake (right). There's a snake in the bottom of that jar, and probably 50 hornets at the bottom of the right, wings, stingers, and all. This is Kentaro, one of our professors, and below is Rebecca.

We capped the night off with a picture with the chef of the restaurant.
