Here we are (some of us), looking wet, tired, and bedraggled after walking about seven miles today. If it were a little clearer, you'd see the Kyoto skyline in the background.
It was a long and awesome day. We saw Ryoan-ji Temple, the Golden Pavilion, the house museum of Kawai Kanjiro (a potter/sculptor), the Hall of 1,001 Buddhas, and Kiyomizu temple (set in the mountain, seen behind us).
